Gardening can take a toll on the body. Master Gardener Sue Steyer will tell us how to make gardening healthier and more enjoyable.
Gardening can be one of the most rewarding activities with fresh fruits and vegetables, flowers and expanses of lawns dotted with trees. However, gardening can take a toll on the body, whether you are young or old. This program, led by master gardener Sue Steyer of the University of Illinois Extension Service, will give you steps to make gardening more enjoyable. Topics will include the gardener’s health, clothing, tools, and methods.
