Onsite social worker will provide open hours to meet with customers and connect them to the community resource that best fit their needs. Referrals will help customers with a variety of social issues.
Onsite social worker will provide open hours to meet with customers and connect them to the community resource that best fit their needs. During the consultation, a needs assessment and brief history of the presenting problem will be taken and evaluated. Referrals to community or social service agencies will then be provided. Community resource referrals will likely include helping with issues such as: those whom are experiencing homelessness, mental health or addictions, health care, immigration, veteran’s support, unemployment, youth services and senior services.
Community Resource Hour will take place from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm the fourth Wednesday of each month and meeting times will be limited to 15-20 minutes as to accommodate other customers.
