The 3 P's: Public Speaking, PowerPoint, and PechaKucha

A Very Unique Workshop

You've seen signs for PechaKucha Aurora events, but you're not sure what it is. Come find out! Learn how to build a presentation and gain valuable public speaking skills for any occasion.

PechaKucha, or chit chat in Japanese, is a global phenomenon that was started by an architectural firm in Japan and has caught on in over one thousand cities worldwide.  Over three million people have attended these events, in which up to eight speakers share their passions and engage with a very specific visual storytelling format.  With only twenty slides, at twenty seconds per slide, each presentation is short, concise, and compelling.

In this program, we share tips and tricks for public speaking and PowerPoint in general, as well as specific ways to craft a PechaKucha presentation.
