Presenter Michael Liss is a business and franchise attorney.  His clients are businesses and those individuals who want to own their own businesses.  Mr. Liss has helped over one thousand clients to start and succeed.  He has also served as General Counsel for 2 national franchisors.  Mr. Liss received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and his law degree from Loyola University of Chicago.  Mr. Liss is a partner in the law firm of Liss & Lamar, P.C. based in Oak Brook, Illinois.
