Curbside Hold Pickup

The Aurora Public Library District is open for curbside hold pickup. Customers can place items on hold from home. Once your items are available for pickup, we will notify you when holds are ready to schedule a pickup time.

How It Works

1.     Place items on hold using the library website and select a pickup location. Curbside hold pickup will be available at all three library locations.

2.     Once your items are available for pickup, we will notify you.

3.     At your scheduled pickup time:

  • Santori Library: Enter the drive-thru lane. No appointment needed.
  • Eola Road Branch: Park in a designated pickup area and text your name to (630) 415-0199. A staff member will reply letting you know they are on their way.
  • West Branch: Park in a designated pickup area and call (630) 264-3624.

4.     Library staff will deliver materials in disposable bags with no direct contact:

  • By placing them in your trunk or through the passenger-side window at Eola Road Branch & West Branch.
  • Through the pickup window at Santori Library.

Staff will ensure your materials are checked out to you prior to your pickup time.
