This presentation will explore what plant-based eating is, resources, how to shop for plant-based food, recipes, and more.
This program will be presented by Ellen Violet Svehla, leader of the Fox Valley Area Plant-Based Nutrition Group. Ellen is a Certified Plant-Based Ambassador with WeDidIt health, and received her Plant-Based Nutrition Certification from ECornell University.
