Learn how to clear your Kane County criminal record and work on-site with an attorney/volunteer to complete the necessary paperwork for free today!

Kane County Circuit Clerk Theresa Barreiro and staff along with other judicial partners will also be on hand to provide additional information to help you file.

Register required. Walk-ins will be limited. Check-in time for all registered is between 9:30 and 10 a.m.
