Summer is a great time for families to learn something new, together.  Families will participate in a series of discussions and be introduced to basic physical self-defense skills and techniques.  Specific topics may include Situational Awareness, Stranger Danger, Consent, Early Warning Signs, Simple Effective Strikes, How to Escape Common Grabs, and much more.  All topics will be presented at an age-appropriate level for those in attendance. The purpose of the training is to empower the attendees through self defense training. All attendees must have a signed electronic waiver on file in order to participate.  Attendees under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the waiver.  Please complete the electronic waiver in advance of the event.
