Presenter Pranava Levine has been teaching Yoga and simple but effective excercise for more than 20 years. She has been teaching Gentle Yoga, Yoga 50+ and chair Yoga. Pranava received her Yoga teacher's training course diploma from The International Sivananda Yoga Center. She is born in Switzerland, moved to US in early 1990s and has a degree in Early childhood Education.

By attending this class, participants can expect to enhance their balance and coordination through chair exercises. These exercises focus on stability and control, helping individuals to improve their balance and coordination skills. This can be especially beneficial for older adults who may be at a higher risk of falls.

About the branch

This branch shares the Eola Community Center buiding with the Fox Valley Park District. It offers a quiet reading room with a fireplace, study rooms and a family computer lab. The Eola Road Branch has public meeting rooms that may be used for community programs.
