Through a combination of educational resources, lifestyle modifications, and proactive health measures, participants will learn how to make informed choices that promote cardiovascular health and overall well-being. Join us in taking proactive steps towards a healthier future and a lower risk of stroke. In the program, participants will explore maintaining a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition, regular exercise, and stress management.

Understanding stroke symptoms can help individuals recognize when someone might be experiencing a stroke and take quick action to seek medical help.

Our program presenter Molly Pretet is a MSN, RN, CNL, CPPS, Stroke Program Coordinator at RUSH Copley Medical Center.

About the branch

This branch shares the Eola Community Center buiding with the Fox Valley Park District. It offers a quiet reading room with a fireplace, study rooms and a family computer lab. The Eola Road Branch has public meeting rooms that may be used for community programs.
