Want to be more active, healthy, and happy? Learn more about the benefits of physical activity and how it can improve your well-being with Gregory Alban, a physical therapist at Rush Copley Medicine.

Rush Copley's physical activity program is designed to help you stay active, healthy, and happy. Whether you're a beginner looking to kickstart your fitness journey or a seasoned pro wanting to challenge yourself, our program has something for everyone. This program will focus on promoting overall wellness, improving strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. With a supportive and welcoming environment, you'll feel motivated to reach your fitness goals while enjoying the camaraderie of like-minded individuals.

By participating in a program focused on physical activity, attendees can expect to gain a multitude of benefits that can positively impact their overall well-being. First and foremost, engaging in physical activity helps improve cardiovascular health by strengthening the heart and improving circulation. This can lead to a reduced risk of heart disease and other related conditions. Additionally, regular exercise can boost mood and reduce feelings of anxiety and depression by releasing endorphins, which are often referred to as the body's natural feel-good chemicals.

Registration will open at 9 a.m. on Thursday, May 16.
