Want to code but don't know where to start? Coding wizard Claire Nang is here to help! With a beginner-friendly coding language, you can do anything! Ages 7-12.**
This is a 90 minute program for kids 7-12 years old to introduce them to the world of computer programming and a beginner-friendly coding language. This session is aimed for beginners who do not know much about coding, because it introduces several starter concepts and involves a short individual project where the kids can exercise their newfound knowledge.
This branch shares the Eola Community Center buiding with the Fox Valley Park District. It offers a quiet reading room with a fireplace, study rooms and a family computer lab. The Eola Road Branch has public meeting rooms that may be used for community programs.
