Love pizza?! Join Dominic Garramone, the Bread Monk, for a step-by-step guide to everything you need to know about making a first rate pizza dough & savory sauce.

From kneading the perfect dough to achieving that crispy, golden crust, and mastering a variety of mouth-watering toppings, you'll learn it all! Our program is packed with tips, tricks, and insider secrets from a seasoned chef, ensuring you get the most out of every slice.

Dominic Garramone was the host of the PBS cooking show “Breaking Bread with Father Dominic” from 1999 to 2001, and has written nine cookbooks.  His newest book, Bake Your Way Through the Holidays, was published  by Reedy Press. He is also an online baking instructor on Bluprint.com. Fr. Dom says he got his culinary education “between my mother’s kitchen, PBS and the public library” and when not baking or teaching can usually be found in the abbey herb garden.
