This program is for children to learn about mindfulness techniques through stories & crafts. 


In this session we will read “My Best Friend’s Bangles” in which, when two friends Selvi & Divya’s friendship is tested, they learn that the real treasure they have is to cherish each other.   
Learn the benefits of wearing bangles or bracelets. You get to take home a bangle and make a bracelet. Ages 6-11 with a caregiver.
