Learn how to clear your Kane County criminal record and work on-site with an attorney/volunteer to complete the necessary paperwork for free today! Registration is required.
Kane County Circuit Clerk Theresa Barreiro and staff along with other judicial partners will also be on hand to provide additional information to help you file. Meeting with an attorney/volunteer is free, however, fees may apply to file completed documents.
Registration will open at 9 a.m. on Saturday, April 5. Registration is required, and check-in time for all registrants is from 9:30 to 10 a.m. Walk-ins will be limited and may not be seen due to limited time and staff.
