Why slime is STEM!
Making slime isn’t just fun—it’s science and STEM!
Science: When glue mixes with activator, it changes into something new. That's chemistry!
Technology: You use tools like cups and spoons to follow steps, like a real scientist.
Engineering: You get to design your slime—stretchy, fluffy, or sparkly—and fix it if it’s too sticky.
Math: You measure ingredients and change amounts to make your slime just right.
Slime is STEM because you experiment, try new ideas, and create something cool!
This branch is connected to Washington Middle School and known for its creative displays and programs for adults. Complete with three study rooms and two conference rooms.
