Chair Yoga
Practicing yoga can have physical, emotional, and mental benefits. Come try chair yoga with Judy Siek, an instructor with more than 20 years of experience.
We recommend that you bring a towel and a bottle of water.
No experience is necessary, and beginners are welcome!
Registration will open 30 days before each class in the series.
