Try the Gentle Pilates & Restorative Yoga class, presented by a Fox Valley Park District instructor, at the Eola Road Branch. If you enjoy it, you'll receive a pass to attend the next 3 classes of this series in March for free at the Fox Valley Park District's Eola Community Center (a $24 value)!

Gentle Pilates & Restorative Yoga focuses on slow, gentle core work with an emphasis on building strong bones, a healthy spine and greater pelvic stability to start the class. Restorative yoga will bring you into a state of body awareness, deep relaxation, and stress release.

Bring a yoga mat or large towel. Space limited to 18 students, please register in advance. Must be present at this class to receive your free pass.

About the branch

This branch shares the Eola Community Center buiding with the Fox Valley Park District. It offers a quiet reading room with a fireplace, study rooms and a family computer lab. The Eola Road Branch has public meeting rooms that may be used for community programs.
