Speaker Emma Vosicky is a business/business litigation attorney, who now serves as the Executive Director of GenderNexus, which provides and facilitates services & resources for Trans/NonBinary folks on their gender journey throughout Indiana. Her advocacy on behalf of the LGBTQ community has included outreach, education, training and fundraising with Youth Outlook, working with the Transformative Justice Law Project’s name change initiative, and serving with Equality Illinois as a member of its Community Advisory Group and as Project Manager for its Boards & Commissions Project. In her spare time, Emma is a published writer, storyteller, and public speaker.

Nancy Mullen is the executive director of Youth Outlook, the first not-for-profit organization serving lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and non-binary youth and working to increase visibility and understanding of LGBT youth issues in DuPage, Kane, Whiteside, LaSalle, DeKalb and suburban Cook Counties in Illinois. Nancy holds an MSW from Syracuse University, where she focused on clinical counseling with youth and families.  Away from Youth Outlook, Nancy is 10 credits away from a culinary degree as a pastry chef and is just published her first book, Urban Tidepool.
