Erica Bough is a three time World Champion in Taekwondo, and uses Tai Chi as a gentle addition to her training. She is the founder of Breathe Life Tai Chi and her mission is to share her knowledge with others and improve the physical and mental health of as many people as possible. Tai Chi is for everyone!
