Al Williams, CLSSGB, CSM has over 28 years of successful sales, leadership, and management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and insurance industries.  Al has been a top sales performer within various Fortune 500 companies such as Eli Lilly, Monsanto, and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. He is an experienced sales leader with skillful business-planning acumen, which has led to a consistent history of award-winning sales performance. Al is adept at providing an analytical perspective when prioritizing business and profitable sales targets.

A believer in building efficient systems, Al is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Scrum Master. Al uses his education and experiences to help others grow and achieve their goals. Before joining Southwestern Coaching, Al owned a successful insurance brokerage firm for 15 years and is a sought-after keynote speaker on sales performance and business strategies.
