Join gardening educator Mark Lyons for a session on preserving your garden harvest through the winter and maybe even beyond!
Your garden has yielded a bumper crop of fruits and vegetables—and your friends and neighbors can't take any more. So what are you going to do with the surplus? This presentation will cover canning, freezing, dehydrating, and winter storage techniques.
