Many people tend to overthink their business plan, causing stress and lack of action in taking the first step. In this workshop, Harriet Parker, Manager of the Illinois Small Business Development Center at Waubonsee, will explain how to stay focused while you develop a realistic plan to launch and grow your business.

Speaker Bio - Harriet Parker
Harriet Parker is the Manager of the Illinois Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Waubonsee Community College. She has over 30 years of experience managing successful startup businesses. In addition to her role at Waubonsee, she is co-owner of HubTack, Inc., a web-based business serving land surveyors and engineers. Harriet actively supports the local business community through numerous boards and committees.
