"Thanksgiving Cuisine 101"

Join Chef Susan Maddox for a culinary event to help you prepare a tasty Thanksgiving dinner! She will discuss purchasing the "right" turkey, making brines and marinades, prepping and tying the turkey, and proper methods for roasting. She will also demonstrate the preparation of a couple of side dishes to go along with the turkey. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample the dishes after the demonstration!
