Family Branch Photo Hanger

Take and Make Craft Kit

It's Family History Month! Register for and pick up this personalized craft kit to explore and celebrate your family tree! No prior experience is needed, and all materials will be provided.

Gather the family together to choose photographs that showcase your history and display them with your made-to-order Family Branch Photo Hanger. The library’s Makerspace will pre-cut a wooden tree branch with our laser cutter and engrave it with your family name (please indicate the name you'd like engraved when you register). Limit 10 registrants. Kit includes:

• Wooden tree branch with family name carved into it (approx. 24 x 6 in.)
• 10 feet of hemp cord
• 10 photo clips

Please note that registration is required and the pick up location is the 2nd floor Reference Desk at the Santori Library: 101 S. River St. Aurora, IL.

• Registration opens: October 5
• Registration closes: October 12
• Ready for pick up: October 26 *Please pick up your kit by November 2
