Ombudsmen from DuPage County Community Services regularly visit the 94 long-term care facilities in DuPage County to educate residents about their Ombudsman/program, resident's rights, and their ability to contact the program if they have any concerns about their care at their facility.

This branch shares the Eola Community Center buiding with the Fox Valley Park District. It offers a quiet reading room with a fireplace, study rooms and a family computer lab. The Eola Road Branch has public meeting rooms that may be used for community programs.
