Infant Massage Class

Ages 0-8 Months

Join Certified Infant Massage Instructor, Michelle Frieders, for this infant massage class and learn the benefits of massage for babies! In partnership with District 129 Parents as Teachers.

Learn how infant massage will benefit you and your baby in this fun and interactive class!

During each class, you will have the opportunity to practice massage on your baby with guidance from a certified infant massage instructor. Massage oil and an instructional book will be provided to each class participant. Parents, caregivers, and babies newborn to early crawling stage are welcome. Please bring a blanket for your baby to lie on and baby clothes that are easy to take on and off.  A baby toy or comfort item is also recommended. Please plan to attend all three sessions.

Classes are taught in English and Spanish.

Durante cada clase, tendrá la oportunidad de practicar masajes en su bebé con la guía de una instructora de masaje infantil certificada. Se proporcionará aceite de masaje y un libro instructivo a cada participante de la clase. Los padres, cuidadores y bebés recién nacidos hasta la etapa temprana de gateo son bienvenidos. Favor de traer una cobija para que su bebé se acueste y ropa de bebé que sea fácil de poner y quitar. También se recomienda traer un juguete para bebés o un artículo de consuelo. Por favor planee asistir a las tres sesiones.

Las clases se darán en inglés y español.
