Chef Susan Maddox is as entertaining as she is informative! Watch her make recipes that use only a few ingredients, but by using those ingredients properly, they provide incredible flavors. The menu will utilize fresh ingredients found in local grocery stores and early farmer's markets, and samples will be available after the demonstration! Recipes will also be provided.
This branch is connected to Washington Middle School and known for its creative displays and programs for adults. Complete with three study rooms and two conference rooms.
