Stressed?! Staff from Northwestern Medicine will share a presentation about how stress can affect health and how to develop strategies to help manage it.
Join us to develop strategies to manage stress through diet, exercise, lifestyle modification, and mindful eating and how to apply them to everyday life. We will also explore other practices that may be used to increase mindfulness and how to be present in daily living.
