All aboard for a family-friendly tour of Illinois cemeteries and gravesites with supernatural overtones! Hear about the Alton Mummy, Diana of the Dunes, the Devil's Chair and other spooky stories.

Jim and Paula Hantak are longtime local history enthusiasts who love to share stories, both folkloric and factual, about Illinois cemeteries. 

If you are unable to join us in person, join us virtually on Zoom or the library's Facebook page.  Please register to receive the Zoom link. This program will also be recorded and shared on the Library's YouTube page

About the branch

This branch shares the Eola Community Center buiding with the Fox Valley Park District. It offers a quiet reading room with a fireplace, study rooms and a family computer lab. The Eola Road Branch has public meeting rooms that may be used for community programs.
