Interested in improving your culinary skills, eating healthier, and/or enjoying the flavors of the season? Join Rachel Koroscik, a Community Education Specialist from the Northwestern Medicine Leishman Center for Culinary Health, for this engaging, virtual, cooking demonstration! Recipes included.
Program participants will learn how to prepare delicious, nutritious meals that are low in calories, fat, and sugar and how to use healthy cooking techniques, such as grilling, baking, and roasting. We'll also explore how to make healthier versions of classic holiday desserts, such as pumpkin pie with a nutty crust and fruit compote made with fresh seasonal fruits.
Registration will open at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, October 17.

This branch shares the Eola Community Center buiding with the Fox Valley Park District. It offers a quiet reading room with a fireplace, study rooms and a family computer lab. The Eola Road Branch has public meeting rooms that may be used for community programs.
