Want to learn about coding? Join us for fun activities that teach beginner coding skills! For grades 3-5. no registration required. Ticketed program.
In this program, programmers will use block coding through Hour of Code to work through guided activities at their own pace. Hour of Code contains a plethora of activities for people to do, so those who move through the activities quickly can start programming something else, while those that need more time won't feel pressured. Staff will be present to assist those who need help. Computers are provided but space is limited - maximum of 10 programmers.
This branch shares the Eola Community Center buiding with the Fox Valley Park District. It offers a quiet reading room with a fireplace, study rooms and a family computer lab. The Eola Road Branch has public meeting rooms that may be used for community programs.
