In this virtual PowerPoint presentation, “Adjustment of Status: Getting a Green Card.” Officer María Rodríguez will discuss the eligibility requirements and qualifications for obtaining a green card or lawful permanent residence (LPR) status. The presentation includes a description of visa categories—both non-immigrant and immigrant visas—and family and employment-based forms of LPR adjustments.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentation. This virtual program is bilingual in English and Spanish. Livestreaming is available: Watch live at the Eola Road Branch's Large Meeting Room or at the Santori Library's John Savage Boardroom, 332.

This branch shares the Eola Community Center buiding with the Fox Valley Park District. It offers a quiet reading room with a fireplace, study rooms and a family computer lab. The Eola Road Branch has public meeting rooms that may be used for community programs.
