Eola Road Branch
Want to add a personal touch to your Diwali celebrations? Bring your creativity and come decorate traditional, clay diyas (small, oil lamps) to brighten up your home!
Whether you're a seasoned artist or just looking to try something new, this is a fantastic opportunity to express your creativity and make some memories. Let's brighten up our festivities together! Clay diyas are small, oil lamps that may be seen glowing during Diwali. Made from natural clay, these small lamps are traditionally filled with oil or wax and a cotton wick, which is then lit to produce a steady, gentle flame. They come in various shapes and sizes, often adorned with intricate designs, making them an artistic as well as a spiritual element of the festival.
Your unique diyas are perfect for festivals, special occasions, or just adding a touch of warmth to your decor.
All supplies will be provided. Artists of all ages are welcome!
Registration will open at 9 a.m. on Thursday, September 19.
