Gabriela "Gaby" Arriaga, LCSW, founder of Del Toro Mental Health & Wellness, will share insights on resilience based on her experiences as a Latina in sports, culture, motherhood, and mental health.

Gabriela "Gaby" Arriaga, LCSW, former Division II athlete and founder of Del Toro Mental Health & Wellness, shares her journey as a Latina navigating sport, culture, motherhood, and mental health. From being the only girl on an all-boys soccer team, to walking on to a college roster, to facing injury and postpartum depression, Gaby's story opens a powerful conversation about resilience and belonging. Discover how learning to breathe became her path to healing and how we can all find belonging and healing from exploring within.

This program will be delivered in Spanish immediately following this presentation, at 7:15 p.m.
